MAINCO maintains approximately 3500 elevators, escalators and other transportation systems originally manufactured by Westinghouse, Otis, Dover, Haughton, Schindler, Watson, Armor, Montgomery, Esco, Etc. MAINCO has completed more than $400 million in modernization and installation projects. In May of 1997, MAINCO became part of Thyssen Elevator Corporation. Thyssen Elevator is presently the 2nd largest Elevator Company in the world, with annual sales of more than $3 billion.
